Our solutions are based on dedicated servers, cloud solutions (AWS Amazon, Digital Ocean) and customer’s infrastucture. Our mission is to provide stable IT solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How does our day look like?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    We start work between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We usually finish work between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Flexible hours are possible and are subject to various scheduled work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We start the day with a morning review of tasks to be completed, discussing problems and resolving task-related blockers. We work with the ticket system, sharing tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Customer Happiness Supporter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Place of work: <\/strong>\u0141\u00f3d\u017a (possibility of remote work)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This person will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • customer support in the use of our hosting systems,<\/li>
    • creation and updating of documentation, knowledge base and guides,<\/li>
    • preliminary analysis of problems, reactions to monitoring events,<\/li>
    • creation and improvement of procedures for performed tasks.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Wymagania na stanowisko:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • speaks English well enough to be able to use web resources and technical documentation,<\/li>
      • Can solve problems using documentation, internal wikis and Google,<\/li>
      • Can work in a team and is accurate and timely.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        SysOps and Devops Engineer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Place of work: <\/strong>\u0141\u00f3d\u017a (possibility of remote work)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        This person will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • maintenance, management, administration of servers based on Linux operating system (CentOS, Red Hat),<\/li>
        • monitoring of IT systems,<\/li>
        • initial analysis of problems, reactions to events from monitoring,<\/li>
        • automation of administrative processes,<\/li>
        • creation and improvement of procedures for performed tasks.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Wymagania na stanowisko:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • basics of Linux system (preferably systems from Red Hat, CentOS family)<\/li>
          • basic knowledge of Bash shell,<\/li>
          • Knowledge of popular web applications based on PHP, MySQL, MariaDB,<\/li>
          • English language sufficient to be able to use network resources and technical documentation,<\/li>
          • Can solve problems with the help of documentation, internal wiki and Google,<\/li>
          • can work in a team and is accurate and punctual.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
