- How is Google Workspace different from free Gmail?
- Google Workspace offers many more services than those found in the free version of Gmail. First of all, your email address is in your company domain and not gmail.com. Another difference is more space in Google Drive and high availability of services at 99.9%. Google Workspace packages also offer control over mobile devices, browsers, security audits and reports.
- Can I test Google Workspace for free?
- Yes, you can test all Google Workspace services on a test domain, free of charge. The testing period with us lasts 30 days, where directly with Google it is only 14 days.
- Who is a user and what is a license?
- A user account is a single email account. A license, on the other hand, is necessary to create such an e‑mail account. It can be attached to the user account or to a device such as a printer or conference devices.
- Can a user have multiple email addresses?
- Yes! You can add aliases to every email account. For example, account michal@thecamels.org can have an additional address michal.olber@thecamels.org. If we add more domains to Google Workspace, user can also have michal@thecamels.pl email within one license.
- If I move the service to Thecamels, will I still be the service administrator?
- Yes, you will still manage your services in Google Workspace. You will be able to assign permissions to other users, change Google app settings or add and delete accounts.
- Can I have a Starter and Standard package on one account?
- This is not possible. On a single account, all licenses must be of the same type. It is not possible to mix licenses so that one email account uses Start and another uses Standard.

- How long does it take to migrate to Google Workspace?
- Copying data to Google Workspace depends on many different factors on which we have no control. This process can take from a few minutes to even a few days if you have a lot of mailboxes with hundreds of thousands of emails on them.
- Can I move my current email to Google Workspace?
- Yes! All you need to do is order Google Workspace service from us and we will guide you through the entire migration process. We will copy your current mail to Gmail, set everything up in the management console and give you access to the new service.
- Can I serve multiple domains from one Google Workspace account?
- Yes, you can add multiple domains in two ways. A domain added as an alias of your primary domain will simply be an additional address for your email accounts. You can also add what as a separate domain e.g. when it is your other business or project. Then you independently create accounts within the domains, assigning licenses to them.
- What does data security look like?

- Can I buy additional space for Google Drive?

- Will I receive a VAT invoice?
- Yes, you will receive a Polish VAT invoice for Google Workspace services, settled in PLN.
