For over 10 years we have been providing hosting services, dedicated servers and IT outsourcing for companies, government agencies and individuals. Our solutions are based on dedicated servers, cloud solutions (AWS Amazon, Digital Ocean) and customer’s infrastucture. Our mission is to provide stable IT solutions.

How does our day look like?
We start work between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We usually finish work between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Flexible hours are possible and are subject to various scheduled work.
We start the day with a morning review of tasks to be completed, discussing problems and resolving task-related blockers. We work with the ticket system, sharing tasks.
Who are we looking for?
First and foremost people who are communicative, especially in writing, speak English and love solving customers’ problems. If learning, improving your skills and taking the initiative is important to you – this is the place for you.
Customer Happiness Supporter
Place of work: Łódź (possibility of remote work)
This person will be responsible for:
- customer support in the use of our hosting systems,
- creation and updating of documentation, knowledge base and guides,
- preliminary analysis of problems, reactions to monitoring events,
- creation and improvement of procedures for performed tasks.
Wymagania na stanowisko:
- speaks English well enough to be able to use web resources and technical documentation,
- Can solve problems using documentation, internal wikis and Google,
- Can work in a team and is accurate and timely.
SysOps and Devops Engineer
Place of work: Łódź (possibility of remote work)
This person will be responsible for:
- maintenance, management, administration of servers based on Linux operating system (CentOS, Red Hat),
- monitoring of IT systems,
- initial analysis of problems, reactions to events from monitoring,
- automation of administrative processes,
- creation and improvement of procedures for performed tasks.
Wymagania na stanowisko:
- basics of Linux system (preferably systems from Red Hat, CentOS family)
- basic knowledge of Bash shell,
- Knowledge of popular web applications based on PHP, MySQL, MariaDB,
- English language sufficient to be able to use network resources and technical documentation,
- Can solve problems with the help of documentation, internal wiki and Google,
- can work in a team and is accurate and punctual.
